
Monthly Membership Terms & Conditions
Unlimited Monthly Memberships are valid for use at any Groove Car Wash location.
Memberships are vehicle specific and are tracked by license plate. If you have multiple vehicles, each one will need it’s own vehicle. Only with management approval may window stickers be used. If a sticker is used instead of the license plate it must be permanently affixed to the windshield. Removing the sticker while the membership is active may result in forfeiture of membership and no refund will be issued.
Each vehicle is eligible for one (1) first month discounted purchase in a twelve (12) month period. Should you wish to reactivate your membership during that time you may do so at full price. Customers who violate this policy may have their membership(s) terminated immediately without a refund.
Unlimited Monthly Passes are already deeply discounted and may not be combined with other offers.
By purchasing a Monthly Unlimited Pass, you authorize Groove Car Wash or its authorized agent to charge your debit or credit card account every month.
Draft authority will remain in effect until Groove Car Wash receives a written or verbal request with the required information to cancel the membership. Requests must be received at least seven (7) days prior to the next scheduled draft to prevent future charges. Failure to notify Groove Car Wash in that timeframe may result in one additional draft that will not be refunded, however, you will be able to wash through the remainder of that billing cycle.

Required information includes either the license plate of the vehicle with the membership or a minimum of three (3) of the following pieces of information.
Phone number
Vehicle description
First five and the last four of credit card charged
Charge date and amount
Notification is defined as providing enough identifying information to confirm we have the right vehicle. Failure to leave a message or provide enough information is not considered notification.
If your card is declined for any reason, we will attempt to recharge for up to 14 days. If we are unable to obtain payment the membership will be automatically terminated.
